The other teaching point to make to our patients about the QuickLift, MACS lift, or other variations on the mini-facelift theme is that these smaller procedures do not really treat neck laxity well. They are fine if someone only has cheek laxity, but would certainly not be the procedure of choice for a patient with jowls and a loose neck! Who wants "tight-cheeks-and-a -loose-neck"?
