PATIENT DETAILS:

This 48 year old painter from Northeast Ohio in the Cleveland region noticed his changing eyes and heaviness of his brows that made him look older than he felt.  His wife is some years younger and they both thought that he would look great with a change of his tired appearance.  He underwent an endoscopic brow lift with lower lid blepharoplasty. His lower lid had some laxity that required a suspension procedure called a canthopexy.  This restored the tone of the lower lid to help in making the cosmetic result longer lasting as well as a nice shape of his eyes. 

His restrictions were that he was not allowed to lift more than a gallon of paint for about 2 weeks and then  he had no restrictions.  He used eye drops for a couple of weeks because he worked in a dusty environment.  He returned to work in about 10 days and loves his result!  He has come back frequently to provide us opportunity to have his photos taken. As you can see his sleepy look is now rested,vibrant, athletic and very masculine!
