PATIENT DETAILS:

This 38-year-old married executive woman from Mentor, Ohio underwent a saline submuscular 300cc implant filled to 300cc (Style 1600 Mentor Smooth Round Mod Profile). She was a 36 small B when we met and now characterizes herself as a 36 full C cup. She has been ecstatic with her new results. Her husband was very supportive of her decision to undergo a breast enhancement. She saw me one day postoperatively and was able to shower and drive that day. Her outpatient surgery went very well and she was comfortable that night when I called her post-operatively at home. The results she has had have been stable since the first few weeks after her surgery. Seen here are her nine-month postoperative results.

This 38-year-old Mentor executive woman has undergone a subpectoral saline filled silicone breast augmentation. She has a small chest wall fullness in her pre-operative view on the right that gives her chest more prominence there. She and I could see this better in person in the mirror. Postoperatively at nine months we can see the natural contour of her breast enhancement. She told me she is now modeling clothing for several modeling agencies. Her inframammary fold scars are imperceptible photographically. She has been so pleased she has sent several friends to this practice for cosmetic surgical enhancement.

The oblique view shows a very natural result. This patient has no nipple sensation problems, no scar problems and just loves her results! She is a 38-year-old married Mentor, Ohio woman. She has no children. She works out all the time and maintains her fitness. Her husband is so pleased with her results and tells her all the time. I always recommend a mammogram within 1 year of a breast augmentation when the patient is between 35 to 40 years old. She has no family history of breast cancer and does not smoke. She is now 18 months post-op and still so happy with her 36 Full C shape.
